What happens in the AI Audit?
We spend 60 minutes on a call going through how your business runs day to day: how customers reach you, how you book, quote and follow up, and where your time goes. Afterwards you get a written plan of 3–5 tasks AI can take over, each with an estimate of the time and money it could save you.
Is the $497 really credited toward a Build?
Yes. If you go ahead with an AI Build after your Audit, the $497 you paid comes off the price of the Build.
What if AI isn’t a good fit for my business?
That’s what the Audit is for. Your plan shows which tasks are worth handing to AI and what each could save, so you can decide with the estimates in front of you before you spend anything on a Build.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We do the building and the setup, and walk you through how everything works. All we need from you is how you like things done: your services, hours, prices and booking rules.
What’s the difference between the three Builds?
The AI Receptionist ($1,500) answers your calls and texts and books appointments. Lead Follow-up & Review Requests ($2,000) follows up on quotes and leads, and asks happy customers for a review.
